After some pondering I have decided to release a new series of watch straps a bit earlier than anticipated. Above is a preview image of the new pieces for the new year. These straps are made from Horween’s Dublin leather, and depth of color and softness are unmatched. Straps here are shown in Dark Coffee, Cognac and Natural, and are fitted with my own in-house buckle. Each piece is hand stitched and lined with a #1 grade, un-dyed, vegetable tanned leather. 100% made in the USA.

My Story and Passion

My name is David Lane and I started working with leather as a side project to increase my personal watch strap collection. Not long after I had started I was receiving requests from my friends and family.

At that point, I decided to ask my Grandfather for his advice. His encouragement and wisdom has been my biggest inspiration. He handed down many of his tools and expertise to me from his days as a shoe cobbler in Budapest. After I received his approval of my craftsmanship, as well as his blessing, I decided to sell my work.
